Bonita Springs Probate Lawyers – Litigating Complex Cases

The attorneys at SW Florida Probate Trial Lawyers are proud to serve residents in the City of Bonita Springs and across the South Florida region.  Our firm was formed when two well-established and highly respected Florida law firms decided to partner with one another to create a new firm focused on litigating complex and significant inheritance-related conflicts and disputes.  We recognized that there was a growing demand in Bonita Springs and throughout the entire South Florida region for a team of skilled trial attorneys with the experience and knowledge necessary to tackle complex probate and estate litigation cases.

At SW Florida Probate Trial Lawyers we believe that our clients should always come first.  We are a small firm that limits the number of cases that we accept so that we can provide our clients with exceptional legal representation every step of the way.   Our experienced trial lawyers handle a full range of estate litigation cases, including probate and trust matters, will contests, guardianship disputes, powers of attorney and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Whether we are pursuing a case involving the exploitation of an elderly individual by a dishonest caregiver or defending a personal representative in a complex probate dispute, our attorneys are committed to achieving the best results possible for our clients.  We understand how painful dealing with the death of a loved one can be.  We also know that when a loved one passes away, things do not always proceed smoothly.  Disputes over the distribution of money and property may arise.  When you are dealing with this type of situation, we aim to make the legal process as stress-free as possible while ensuring that the last wishes and intentions of your loved one are properly honored.

The Bonita Springs Area

Bonita Springs is located in Lee County, Florida on the southwest coast of the state.  The city is typically less than a thirty minute drive from the SW Florida International Airport and Interstate 75 links the Bonita Springs area to cities across the state, including Miami and Fort Lauderdale to the east and Tampa and Sarasota to the north.  Tourism, construction, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing represent major sectors of the area’s economy.

While Bonita Springs is perhaps best known for its pristine beaches, parks and preserves, and endless outdoor activities, the city also offers tremendous cultural opportunities for both residents and visitors.  The Center for the Arts of Bonita Springs is a community arts organization that hosts local exhibits and traveling exhibitions from artists across the United States and around the world.   The arts organization also presents three national fine arts festivals in Bonita Springs each year.

These offerings and attractions, combined with the area’s tropical climate and sunny skies, make the Bonita Springs area an attractive place to live for the young and the old.  According to U.S. Census Bureau estimates, Bonita Springs experienced an 8.4% increase in population from 2010 to 2013, with the city’s population growing from 43,857 in 2010 to 47,547 in 2013.   Moreover, in 2010, 33.8% of Bonita Spring’s population was 65 years of age or older.
